Capturing the opportunity comes from solving a customer's problem. If your customer is the parent of a screaming baby you have a big advantage. They will want your solution NOW!

 

 

But you also need a plan to keep the opportunity once you win it. David may not have volunteered to face Goliath, but he had a plan when he went to battle. What's your plan?
